Emilie Jeanne (Smithberg) Volquartsen was preceded in death by her mother, Katherine Haas; and father, Emil Smithberg; sister, Diane Winkler and brother-in-law Carl Winkler. She is survived by brothers: Dave (Linda) Smithberg, Kalvin (Sandy) Smithberg, Eugene (Kim) Smithberg, all of Omaha; children: Barbara (Timothy) Kruger (Bellevue, NE), Dale (Karen) Volquartsen (FL), and Patrick (Jodi) Volquartsen, (Blair, NE); 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and wonderful friends.
VISITATION: Thursday, December 22nd, 1pm, followed by CELEBRATION OF LIFE at 2pm, at Bellevue Christian Center ,1400 Harvell Drive, Bellevue, NE.
Memorials: ProLife of Omaha, Omaha for Decency, Open Door Mission, Essential Pregnancy Services, Bellevue, NE.
Cremations services by Arbor Society
