Flossie is survived by her children: Guy Mitchell (Kansas City, MO), Timothy Mitchell (Omaha, NE), Jonathan Johnson (Omaha, NE), Melanie Johnson (Kansas City, MO), Vallery Johnson-Stewart (David) (Omaha, NE), Victoria Johnson (Atlanta, GA); her grandchildren: LaTasha, Katrina, Kaitlyn, Timothy, Faith, Jamie, Jasmine, Marshall, and Marneshia. Also survived by her great-grandchildren, Mariyah, Marshall, Eboni, Ivory, and Royal; her sisters, Eva Murphy (Omaha), Betty Reed (California); her brother, Joe Mitchell (California); sister-in-law, Rev. Barbara Mitchell; and her special nephew, Rev. Alvin Mitchell.
Flossie was preceded by Georgia Mitchell; sisters, Christine and Catherine; son, Lionel Johnson; and her brothers, Robert and Jalen Mitchell.
SERVICE: Saturday, February 26, 2022, 12pm; VISITATION: 11am, all at Clair Memorial United Methodist Church, 5544 Ames Ave., Omaha 68104. INTERMENT: Monday, February 28, 2022, 10am, at Mt Hope Cemetery.

To the Family of Ms. Flossie, I send my deepest condolences and prayers as you celebrate her life journey to be with the Lord. I have some great memories growing up as a child and Ms.Flossie was my first hairdresser, the wisdom and love she shared with me is to this day priceless. Ms.Flossie take your rest, God gained a great ANGEL. Be blessed
