Frank Hunt Obituary
December 16, 1946 - November 5, 2023
Frank Hunt, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother was preceded in death by his parents, Ken and Frances Hunt; sister, Pat Kielion; and brother, Jim Hunt. He is survived by his treasured wife of 49 years, Deb Hunt; daughters, Kara D'Ercole (Mike), Kim Hunt, Jenny Bennett (Nick); cherished grandchildren; Drew and Josh D'Ercole, Luke and Kloe Bennett; brother, Joe Hunt (Joni); sister, Karm Huss; many nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: Sunday, November 12, 2023, 3 to 5 p.m., at the West Center Chapel, 7805 W. Center Rd., VIGIL SERVICE: at 5 p.m., FUNERAL SERVICE: Monday, November 13, 2023, 11:30 a.m., at the West Center Chapel, followed by INTERMENT: 2:30 p.m., Omaha National Cemetery with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed by the family.

My sincere sympathy to Frank´s family and friends. I grew up as a next-door neighbor to the Hunt family on 39th Street in north Omaha. We had a lot of great adventures and fun. I will always keep my memories of those times.

Dearest Frank, you were a fantastic friend, mentor and coach!!! You took such good care of me and my teammates and made getting our tails whipped fun. You will be sorely missed by any/all who had the pleasure of knowing you. Family and close friends of Frank, my sincere condolences. I feel your loss to a degree but cannot appreciate fully how you all must feel having been blessed with your close relationship to such a great guy!
