Vancouver, WA. Passed away after a year-long struggle with heart and other health-related issues. Served in U.S. Navy 1964-1967. Graduated UNO 1970. Lived in Phoenix, 1970-1997. Preceded in death by parents, Keith P. and Madeline E. Jackson, Omaha. Survived by wife of 45 years, Nina J. (Squire) Jackson; son, Jeffrey (Lynette) and grandsons, Keith and Devin; daughter, Amanda and grandson Patrick "Billy"; brothers, Larry (Jeannie), Keith Paul (Paula), Kevin (Pamela); sister, Mary V. "Ginger" Dobson (John); sisters-in-law Gail Stanley (Brian), Carla Ksiazek (David); brother-in-law, Verl Squire (Joan); many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A CELEBRATION OF GARY'S LIFE will be held by the family in Omaha, NE, April 6, 2013, 6-8pm, at the South High Alumni offices, 5082 South 107th Street, Omaha, NE 68127.

I was stunned and sorry to hear of Gary's passing, and am sorry that I have not been in contact for so many years. I will contact Ginger in future, and hopefully Larry, too. I will have a HOly Mass offered for Gary, whom I always sremember for his gentle and kindly disposition.
