Whenever I hear a Nebraska weather report or other news from the area, I think of Germain. Then I recall that he has left us. I am sure he is with his sweet Armella and smiling down on his family. I met him later in our lives when he was caring for our Aunt Caroline and am so glad that happened.

Dear Family of Germain - your dad was such a good and caring person. He was a cousin of my dad, Sylvester Friendenbach. He also took such wonderful care of my aunt, Caroline. She depended on him entirely. I know he received his wings immediately and now can be there for all of his beloved family. RIP Germain and fly high. Freddie (Friedenbach) Preston.

Condolences to all of Germain's family. I met him through our Aunt Caroline Salisbury. He certainly was a blessing to her. I have enjoyed our emails and cards over the years since we got to know one another. He had a long life but I know it never seems long enough to sons and daughters. He is now with your Mother again. May your loving memories sustain you through this transition.

We have only know. Germain Hermain since November. We enjoyed him so much. Watching Creighton basketball together, hashing and rehashing the game We will miss him so much. Such a kind, caring, loving soul.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

The world has lost a bright light with his passing. Germain was always very helpful and an absolute gem of a person. We are saddened to learn of his passing. Prayers for all who had this man touch their lives!
