Gregory D Berney, age 67, of Omaha passed away May 16, 2025. Gregory was born to Wilburta and George Berney on April 12, 1958. He is preceded in death by his father, George, son Jacob Berney, brother in law Jim Ayars and sister in law Brenda Brown. He leaves behind his mother, Wilburta; life long partner, Cheri Griffis; children, Matthew Berney, Ashley (Shaun) Pira, Chantel Armstrong, Thomas Berney, Diamondlynn Berney, Jessie, Scott and Boe Hendrickson; grandchildren, Summer Griffis, Mariyah Conway, Jayce Pira, Aubree Pira, Amelia Reed; siblings, Ray Berney, Marvin (Brenda) Berney and Tina Ayars. As well as many other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Gregory's Life will be held on June 6, 2025, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., at The Hall 31 located at 3602 South 31st Street, Omaha, NE 68105
