Joseph Radicia Obituary
Age 88, formerly of Omaha. Died peacefully in his Council Bluffs, IA home shortly after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Joe began working at age five at his father's news stand in downtown Omaha. He served four years in the Marines, before he and his brother John took over their father's news stand. Joe worked long hours, in all kinds of weather, to provide for his family.
Joseph's beloved survivors are his wife Angela Doyle Radicia; his children: Joseph (Cheryl) Radicia III, Teresa Bernadette Bonfiglio, Carolyn Radicia (Alan Abangan), Michael Radicia (Lindsay Prall), Stephanie Radicia, and Benjamin Doyle; his sisters: Marian Dukat, Pauline Cox, and Tomasina Schroer; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins; and in-laws.
VISITATION and VIGIL: Tuesday from 5-7pm. MASS of CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Wednesday at 10:30am; both at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 4 Valley View Drive, Council Buffs. INURNMENT: 2pm at St. Patrick Cemetery, 3rd Street, Neola, IA.

This man is a fond memory from my childhood. He had every publication on earth at the newsstand. It was the only place in Omaha where you could get a Billboard magazine. They ran that place like clockwork. Thank you Joe and John.
