My condolence to Doretha, Nina, Poppa, Mr. Bankston, The Davis Family along with all other family and friends of which there are many. Poo Babe and I have been faithful friends for 30 years. The stories we could tell.......we deemed ourselves Lucy and Ethel as we often found ourselves in the same hair-brain comical predictaments that those two funny ladies put themselves in. True friendship isn't only measured by the number of times you cry together, though we shed a few tears, true friendship isn't only measured by the number of times you were there during the rough times, as we were for each other. Most important, most memorable and what made our friendship strong, were the moments of laughter we shared. I mean the deep down belly aching, bent over, stop to catch your breath, hardy, teary eyed laughter. That is and what will always be the most important and memorable part of our true friendship and sisterhood. In addition to hearing your voice "hey Perkalater, whatcha doing" I will miss our laughter. Look after Brandon for me. I will miss you eternally. Your faithful "Best Friend No. 1". Sheila Perkins.

I was totally shocked when I received the news that Poo was no longer with us. I just saw Poppa a few weeks ago and asked how Poo was doing. That must of happen just before she went home to be with our heavenly father. To the family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. The time we spent with Poo has left foot prints in our memories. We loved her but God loved her more.
Lovingly Submitted

Ms Butler, Nina, Papa & family,
I am so heart broken to hear of your loss. I just found Poo again after many years of losing touch with her. I am so glad I got to see & spend time with her when she was in Omaha recently. Poo, I am going to miss you deeply! My heart aches at the thought of losing touch with you again so soon.
To her family, I pray you find the strength to get through this difficult time.

I'm at a loss reading this notice of Marcella's home going. I began to think back at the crazy times we had at M.L.King School. I had not seen Marcella in years, but please know I still feel a real sense of loss. It's great to see her smile one more time.

God Bless & Keep You All,
