It seems that we really do not know the depth of our love for someone until there is an ending.
Then the extreme pain, numbness, sleepless nights, and oh yes, breathing, moment by moment.
Please pray, as I will for you, for forgiveness and acceptance. The divine will give you strength, and healing, to move forward, but only in time...lots of time.
And, in this time, the pain will lesson, but knowingly, the loss will never be forgotten!
Mary was a beautiful lady, on the inside and out, and her loss is great to all who knew her!
Hold her close to your heart, let the tears fall, and smile....because I know, she is smiling warmly with you.
And remember, she is at peace!
My deepest sympathy to the LaPuzza family and friends.

Paul,
I am so sorry for your loss. i wanted you to know that there have been times that i have told my friends how much i admired you since you were always so upbeat with a great attitude that most would not have under your medical situation. You have inspired me with your courage and strength and i thank you for that. Please lets get together and let me know if there is something that i can do for you. i saw Mary one time and did not know her but after meeting both of your children it's apparent that you both did a great job.

Paul & family and Classen families: My heart sank when I heard the tragic news of Mary's death. Please accept my sympathy. Mary was such a great person. I remember so many years ago when you and Mary made offers to take me to Humphrey if you were headed that way. May God be with all of you during this time and the days ahead.

I remember waiting in the Christ the King parking lot with Mary for Tracey and my children at the end of the school day. We shared countless conversations those many years. What a remarkable, kind, genuine woman Mary was. She never spoke unkindly about anyone only to share what was beautiful in her life. Paul, Mary was a wife who so adored her husband, whom honored every word of their vows with love and devotion. She loved her children dearly and was the mother anyone would be blessed to have. She was so proud of them when she spoke; I remember the joy that sparkled in her eyes every time she spoke of her beloved, precious children. I feel much sorrow for your lost for she was truly a blessing especially to you, but also a blessing to all she touched. Although she is gone from this earth she is not gone from so many whose lives she touched. The world is truly better because she shared the goodness of herself; a person God would aspire all mankind would become. Tracey and Mark when you find yourself doing things in the future thinking, “that’s what mom would do” you’ll know that she will always be with you. Her imprint will be with you always, you will pass this on to your children and you will never be alone. So when these events occur in your life do not be sad but embrace the love, the feeling of her presents, let that smile shine from your heart, the smile only she could bring to your face and whisper “hi mom.”
My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I attended High School with Mary, and my constant memory of her is a never ending smile and cheery nature. She was a wonderful person and the world is worse off with her not in it. Heaven, however, I'm sure rejoiced in her arrival.

To the LaPuzza Family: Mary was such a kind and caring person. Always interested in what was going on in your life, and truly genuine. God bless you with comfort and peace at this time..Onie and Eileen send their best as well-when he was in the hospital in Omaha years ago she came to see him almost everyday! What a special person.

Paul -
There is nothing I can say to adequately express the depth of my sadness at learning of Mary's passing. She was a truly beautiful human being and the universe is smaller today for her absence.
My thoughts and prayers are with you, Mark and Tracey.

Paul —
For all who knew Mary, words fail to convey our sadness — and are inadequate to express our sympathies for you, Mark, Tracey and the entire family. I was not fortunate to know her well, but from first meeting her decades ago, before you married, it was quickly clear that she was centered, engaging, thoughtful and focused on everyone but herself. Rare qualities — ones that, in this short life, endure beyond the day's noise, that linger long in memory. She, like you, knew what mattered — and what didn't. Please know, in this trying time, that the many you and Mary touched are with you in spirit.

Dear Paul, I have such great memories of my times as a child with Mary. The games we played and the visits to Uncle Alfred's and Aunt Carolyn's farm, playing with the calves, pigs and chickens. Chasing each other around. Playing Hide and Seek. She was a wonderful person and my Mom and Dad just loved her and all that she did for them. Please accept my sympathies. She was a wonderful "lady" !!
