On May, 18th, 2014, Mary Maxwell, a child of God, passed into the waiting arms of her beloved Savior. She was born April 4th, 1927, in Mexico City, Mexico, to Joseph Henry Gadbury and Frieda Johana Gadbury. Her children are Toni Olson, married to Gary, of Omaha; Steven Maxwell, married to Teri, of Leavenworth, KS; and Lanette Forck, married to Jim of Peoria, IL. Her grandchildren are Jay Olson, Tiffany Koenen, Jason Forck, Nick Forck, Nathan Maxwell, Christopher Maxwell, Sarah Maxwell, Joseph Maxwell, John Maxwell, Anna Maxwell, Jesse Maxwell, and Mary Maxwell. She has 17 great grandchildren.
VISITATION with the family will be at Reichmuth Funeral Home, Wednesday, May 21 from 5:30-7:30pm. SERVICES to honor Mary will be held at Streams of Life Lutheran Church, 3506 N. 147th St. Omaha, NE, at 10:30am, Thursday, May 22rd. Interment at Prospect Hill Cemetery, Elkhorn. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Moody Bible Institute or the Alzheimer's Association. Condolences to: www.reichmuthfuneralhomes.com

I worked with Mary at Grace Presbyterian Church. She had a sweet heart and was my son's surrogate grandmother on several occasions. I think of her often and was happy to hear of her homecoming.
