Dear Rosalie and Family,
We were very sorry to hear of Bud’s passing. He was a wonderful, giving man with a great sense of humor. His love and concern for his family and others will never be forgotten. Know Bud’s wit and wisdom shall, for us, remain a shining light. He was an inspiration for all of us to do just a little more and do it just a little better.

Dear Rosalie and family,

I just got back into town last night and was so sad to learn of Bud's passing.

Bud was one of the nicest people I have ever met. It seemed that he always tried to leave the room having put everyone in a better mood from when he arrived. He will be missed. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Dear Rosalie and Family,
We were so lucky to have known Bud, he was one of my favorite people. When ever he came to the building he was always ready with a joke and a smile. The tennants here will miss his wonderful personality, and we were all lucky to have him as our landlord. He took care of us like family, and we all thought of him as our 'grandfather'. We have already been missing him a great deal for months, and will miss him very much.
Thank you for everything Bud,
with love,
Laura and Justin Terry

Rosalie and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Anyone who knew Bud loved him, he was a long time customer who became my friend I loved working for you guys. Bud conducted business with the utmost in integrity, fairness and humor. He always had jokes to share with me and I always looked forward to seeing him and working on his projects. Bud was one of my first customers when I started my business and we shared a friendship for almost 20 years. He will very much be missed
