Preceded in death by parents, Herbert and Pearl. Survived by wife, Lisa; sons: David, Tom (Kathy) and Ed Adams; daughter, Valerie (Kevin) Cushing; 7 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Monday 1pm at Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials to Alzheimer's Association.
