Megan Anderson Harr, 41, passed away after an extended illness Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha.
Preceding her in death are her grandparents, Donald (Margaret Mary) Harr, Lemoine (Geraldine) Anderson; sister, Monica Marie Harr.
She was survived by her parents, Christopher (Amy) Harr of Erie, Colo.; Julie Anderson-Harr and partner, Jimmy McCarty of Elkhorn, Neb.; brother, Joseph (Karlie) Harr of Hudson, Ohio; sister, Ryan (Taras) Harr Kulynych of Battlefield, Mo.; stepsisters, Amanda Toomey of Frederick, Colo.; Megan Smith of Berthoud, Colo.; stepbrother Dylan Crocker of Strasburg, Colo.
Celebration of life will be held on November 10, 2025, 11 a.m., at Christ Community Church (Chapel), 404 S. 108th Avenue, Omaha, Neb.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left in Megan's name to Elkhorn Special Olympics, Josie Harper Hospice House of Omaha, Neb., or Angel Guardians, Inc. of Omaha, Neb., a community-based day program for adults with disabilities. Friends may leave online condolences at reichmuthfuneralhomes.com.
