Fran.Lisa,Julie Family and Friends, I was lucky enough to have lunch with Mickey couple of weeks ago at Jimmy's Egg with a bunch of the Mickey's luncheon crew.Mickey was having a good day and we had a good time talking about how his kids and grandkids were doing .He was so grateful for them all and it lit up his life talking about them.Mickey always made space at his table for people to enjoy good fellowship and some pretty good jokes.I waited around until Mickey was ready to leave,Fran was there to give him a ride and he had a walker and Oxygen so it was some work getting around. We made our way to the van and there was a curb he needed to step down I wanted to make it as easy as possible for him so I told him he has his own personal live Kane and he could put his wieght on me just hold on to my shoulders or back.Fran said good idea and I moved the walker to the side and he stepped down putting his wieght on me we both collapsed to the ground ,Fran was shocked. Just kidding. Everything went smooth. We got Mick in and I told him he always has a personal Kane that will back him up. Mickey will be missed, sorry for you loss. Lots of love Steve Kane

Fran, Lisa,Julie , had lunch with Mickey couple of weeks ago he was having a good day.Got to talk about how grateful he was to have such great kids and grandkids in his life. Mickey always made extra room for anyone that wanted to join in for lunch and he was always picking up people's spirits with a good joke or kind word.I will miss Mickey but I will nevr forget him he made my life a little richer through his friendship and the friends I have made over the years at the many luncheons I was lucky enough to enjoy with him. Fran was there to give him a ride home at the last lunch I had with him.I waited to walk out with him and Fran,he was using his walker to get around and I went out to the van with him and Fran.I wanted to make it as easy as possible for him and there was a curb he need to get down to get to the car.So I told Mick you don't need that walker to step down I am pretty brawny you have a personal Kane when ever you need it just put your hands on my shoulders. He trusted me and put his walker a side placed his hands on my shoulders and stepped foward putting his wieght on me stepping off the curb collapsing me and both off us falling to the ground in front of Fran. That was the worst thing that happened at that luncheon. Just kidding we did not fall.He made it in the van and I told him that when ever he needs a personal Kane to get around I'am there for him. Love ya Mickey miss you already. Fran Julie and Lisa sorry for your loss Mickey will truly be missed he added a lot of laughter and light to this world . Steve Kane
