Rick is survived by his wife, Marie (Karmazin) Hoelting; sons, Nigel (Ashley) and Riley (Jennifer); grandchildren: Brayden, Sadie, Skylar, and Mason; brothers, Gene (Lindy) and Randy (Trish); and sister, Tina Kile (Gene).
VISITATION: Monday, October 21, 2024 from 5 to 7 p.m., at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, 15353 Pacific, followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7 p.m. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Tuesday, October 22nd, at 10:30 a.m., at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery.

I remember when Ri ky moved to Omaha. I always liked working for him.

to Rick´s family. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. When I started at Mutual of Omaha in 1980 Rick and I were on the same team. I will never forget how when we would work overtime he would ask me if I would like to listen to a little Ted the Sledge. So we listened. He always made me laugh. He had a giant Ted Nugent poster in his cubicle. Every morning he would fuss with his hair because he had to have his "wings "just perfect and they were. He was such a character. When I think of my years at Mutual, working with Rick were the best years. He is gone way too soon.
