Roberta White-Miller Obituary
December 8, 1926 - April 17, 2022
Roberta passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Norman G. Miller; and her parents, Elsa Maria Nicklaus and Otis Veren White.
Roberta loved Science and Education. She was the first Virologist in the State of Nebraska at UNMC, and as a professor, she shared her knowledge with many students, encouraging especially young girls to pursue their passions in Medicine.
Roberta's strong Christian faith was evident in her involvement in the Church.
A SERVICE will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 3pm at First United Methodist Church, 7020 Cass St., Omaha. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Lakeside Scholarship Fund, UNMC Microbiology Library Fund. or First United Methodist Church.
