Ruby Peppie Hinrichs, daughter to Frank & Mary (Dlouhy) Bedlan, was born on February 2, 1923 in Ohiowa. She passed away on August 14, 2023, in Papillion, Nebraska at the age of 100 with her family by her side. She was baptized in the Lutheran Church. Ruby married Earl Peppie on February 20, 1945 to their union three children were born. Earl passed away on Dec 15, 1973. Ruby married Bernard Hinrichs on Jan 25, 1986. Ruby is survived by her daughter, Jackie Mach and her friend Terry. Son-in-law Jimmy Harrold (Mary Beth). Gary (Carol) Peppie. Six Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren, three Step Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Grandson. She was preceded in death by her daughter Mary Beth Harrold and son-in-law Kenneth Mach.
Services will be held Saturday, August 20th at Trinity Church in Papillion at 10 with burial at 3:30 at the Ohiowa cemetery. Ruby was active in her recent years quilting for the Quilts of Valor. As many know Ruby's family was very important to her and she enjoyed creating many memories and was lucky to enjoy many generations of her family, actively living to being a 100.
