Sadie George, 100 years old. Passed away in Omaha. Preceded in death by husband Albert; daughter Della Jean Abood; and grandson Vincent Skaff. Survived by daughter Wanda (Duane) Skaff; sisters, Minnie Korrey and Fern Daley; 4 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other friends and relatives.
VISITATION Monday, May 9, 5-7pm, with a MEMORIAL PRAYER SERVICE at 7pm at St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church, 10303 Boyd Street, Omaha. FUNERAL Tuesday, May 10, 10:30am at St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church. Memorials requested to the Church. JOHN A. GENTLEMAN MORTUARIES

We just found out that our dear Sadie is making Syrian bread with the angels. God bless each one of you and keep you in His care. Sadie was truly one of those wonderful people we are blessed to have known.

Dear Sadie, to remember her is to remember my own mom and grandma Abdouch. I cherished the Syrian Dinners as a kid, and all her warm smiles. She lived a full life surrounded by loving family. She is in a far better place now and has her eternal reward for the spirit that lived inside her that was so like Christ Himself. My sorrow to those who lost this wonderful soul. She will be missed by all who knew her, friends and family alike!

Wanda and family - thinking of you and remembering the fun we had at Aunt Sadie's 100th. You all gave so much of your time and love to each other. Her legacy is you and your family- always caring and supporting your friends and family. We will miss her and mom is sad to lose her sister but we feel so blessed for the time we had with her. Our love to Aunt Fern/family too. Love Janet, Mike and family.

I was so blessed to know and be related to Aunt Sadie. She will be deeply missed by all and we are keeping everyone in our thoughts and prayers. Sitto (Minnie) feels very fortunate to have been able to celebrate Aunt Sadies 100th B-Day with her. Love Lacey and Family

Wanda and Duane, This is surely a difficult Mother's Day for you and your family. May you find comfort in knowing how blest you are to have had Sadie in your lives so long. Also be comforted by knowing she could not have had a better daughter and son-in-law. You explify the best of what the commandment teaches "Honor thy Father and thy Mother". I'm so lucky to have known Sadie and honored that she was a bridesmaid in my wedding 7 years ago on a very cold New Year's Eve! She will be missed by many people.
