Served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

Preceded in death by his parents, Filbert and Sally Bartak; sister Barb; brother Randy; and son Phillip Bartak.

Survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Agnes Bartak; daughter, Pam (Phil) Odyke; grandson Logan Opdyke; brother Rick Bartak; sister-in-law, Linda (Randy-dec.) Bartak; other family and friends.

VISITATION: Tuesday, February 23, from 5-7pm at Bethany Funeral Home. CELEBRATION OF LIFE: Wednesday, February 24, at 10:30am at Spirit Life Assembly (48th and Harrison). During my time employed at RYC I was honored to have known Steve. We were partners on the "Chistmas in April" project and it a pleasure working with him on that. Such a kind and caring man.
