Preceded in death by his parents, Dominic and Juanita; sisters, Judith and Carlene; brothers, Michael and Peter.
Survived by wife, Jill; son, Dominic (Ashley); daughter, Carly Dominguez (Esai); grandchildren, Elise and Arie; many other loving relatives and friends.
Family will receive friends Friday, September 23rd, from 1-3pm, at West Center Chapel with MEMORIAL SERVICE at 3pm. Private Interment. Memorials are suggested to Freedom Worship Center, P.O. Box 641918, Omaha, NE 68164.
