Troy Anstine Obituary
July 10, 1985 - January 6, 2021
Troy Michael Anstine, age 35 of Omaha, passed away unexpectedly January 6th, 2021. He was born July 10th, 1985 in Lincoln to Bill and Debbie (Fleming) Anstine. He attended Lincoln Christian School through elementary and high school before graduating from Nebraska Wesleyan in 2008. Troy then pursued a successful career in sales and management through the medical device industry. He was a natural and talented salesperson who built trust and friendships wherever he went.
Troy cherished his time playing high school and college football and was an avid outdoor enthusiast with many hobbies including sky diving, hunting, golf and racquetball. Troy had a strong faith and accepted Jesus Christ at a young age. He loved to spend time with his family, especially daughters Ava and Emma. Troy was loyal, a door opener, and a cheerleader of others. His love for faith, family and friends was deep and wide.
Troy is survived by his parents, Bill and Debbie Anstine of Lincoln; Amanda Anstine, and daughters Ava (4) and Emma (2) of Omaha; sister, Christina Anstine; and brother, Jared Anstine (Danielle Haas Anstine) of Lincoln; grandparents, Francis and Marilyn Fleming of Berthoud, CO; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jason Anstine.
CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE: Friday, January 15th, 2021, at 2pm at Lincoln Berean Church, 6400 S. 70th, St., Lincoln, in the large auditorium (providing for optimum social distancing). Private visitation by invitation only Thursday, January 14, 2021 from 4:30–6pm at Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Drive. I retired 5 years ago, before that I interacted with Troy frequently. He always was direct and had follow through, he actually seemed to care that my patients did well. His loss is a tragedy. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends. God Bless Troy.
