Preceded in death by Barbara Vacek; maternal grandparents, Edward and Shirley "Red" Vacek; and brother, Eddie Vacek.
Survived by wife, Kathleen "Kate" Mariani Vacek; two sons, Brayden and Ryder; father, Joseph Parizek; brothers, Tom (Lisa) and Donn (Lisa) Vacek; nieces and nephews; as well as many extended family members and friends who loved him dearly.
Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
