Age 86. Preceded in death by parents, William and Genevieve Besecker. Survived by wife of 63 years, Kay (Hinson) Besecker; daughters: India Casey (Richard), Karen Hinchman (Randy), Deborah Winstead (Scott); five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Stephen Besecker (Sue); brother-in-law, Danny Hinson.
VISITATION: Wednesday, April 12, 5-7pm, Bellevue Memorial Funeral Chapel. FUNERAL SERVICE: Thursday, April 13, 10:30am, Capehart Chapel. I am sorry for the loss of this beautiful soul. He will live on in the memories of so many that came in contact with him. He just seemed to always radiate with a certain jolliness. He will be greatly missed by so many.

Your family is in my prayers. What a legacy he left with so many wonderful memories to cherish. I loved his sweet spirit. May you feel God´s presence as you go through this deep valley of loss. I´ve always loved Bill Besecker; he was like a cuddly little Teddy Bear. I´m saddened by his passing,but I know he had struggled for a while like my Bob, and now they are free. Just learned that Bob, who passed on the 8th, was just four months younger than Bill. They´re probably partying in Heaven right now.
