Bill and I served several years together in the Navy during WWII on the Patrol Craft 1127. He was a good sailor and a good friend. In recent years we happily renewed our friendship and shared many laughs and memories. He had a wonderful life and will be missed by his great family and many friends. And to quote the Patrol Craft Motto, Bill is "Too good to be forgotten."

Dear Otis Family,

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with all 3 of the Otis brothers, and could not have known 3 neater men! Bill was always so positive and outgoing. I will remember the Otis boys always and be forever grateful for all that I learned from them.
