Churchill "Bill"

Age 93 of Omaha. Bill was a longtime realtor in Omaha, originally with Stuht-Bedford Company with his father. The majority of his career was with T.H. Maenner Company, where he retired as a Vice President. A longtime member of the Downtown Rotary Club, he enjoyed fishing, golf, tennis and many happy trips to Minnesota. Preceded in death by wife of 56 years, Lois Chenoweth Stuht; sisters, Virginia S. Bullock, Barbara S. Root, and Mary S. Sheehan; and son-in-law, Michael W. Honaker. Survived by daughters, Elizabeth Stuht Borchers, Sara Stuht and husband Larry P. Terkelsen, and Suzanne Bretsch; sister, Sara "Sally" Stanford of Ft. Myers, FL; grandchildren, William (Kim) Borchers, Max W. Honaker, and Challis Stringer; great granddaughters, Hailey Borchers, and Grace and Chloe Stringer; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Bill was among the first to welcome me to the Maenner Co. when I joined them back in 1969. It was always great working with Bill who knew the real estate business inside out. He was a good golfer and tennis player and very good friend.
