We were high school "sisters". Joan was a part of my family. We dressed up for Halloween and parties. My mother loved you like a daughter. Missing you.

So sorry to learn about this. "Joanie" as my husband called her was a wonderful woman and coworker. We often think of her when we drive by the old house in Oneida castle.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss. Joan was introduced to me from my sister Pat Phillips. She and George treated us to meals. I loved seeing her quilts, crocheting and knitting projects. I was a beginner and learned several tricks. I know my sister spoke of wanting to visit her this summer. The family treated me like family right from the beginning. They attended milestones in Pat's family lives and I had someone I knew to sit with. Joan and George, loving, funny people who shared their love of family. She will be missed.
