Michael Villari Obituary
He was born on Oct. 31, 1946, in Canastota, the son of Louis and Mary Wilson Villari.
Mike lived in Canastota most of his life, graduating from Canastota High School in 1964. He later graduated from Syracuse University in 1968, with a bachelor's degree in political science. While at Syracuse University he was a member and president of the SAE Fraternity.
He has owned and operated a landscaping business in Canastota for the last 30 years.
Mike was a member of the Canastota Civic Club, and Casolwood Golf Course, the Canastota Pitch Club, and had been a member of the bowling leagues at Hi-Way Bowl in Canastota.
Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and loved his mastiffs, Ernie, Oskar and Chance. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and music.
Surviving are his fiancée, Janet T. Conner of Canastota; a son, Nicholas S. Conner of Canastota; a brother and sister-in-law, Peter and Christine Villari of Canastota; a sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Albert Campanie of Canastota; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013, from 4-7 p.m. at the J. Homer Ball Funeral Home, Inc., 201 James St., Canastota. A celebration of his life will be held on his birthday, Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013, at Casolwood Golf Course, Canastota, beginning at 4 p.m. In his memory, contributions may be made to his family, c/o Janet T. Conner, 460 New Boston Street, Canastota, NY 13032, with envelopes available at the funeral home.

I rememer meeting Mike and his HUGE and freindly dogs about 30 years ago...I'm thinking Court Street..(Memory Loss). Loved everything about him. Now I am in Vietnam so his loss is worldwide.
