Survivors include his wife, Christina Wright; daughters, Felicia Billups, Renita "Shawn" Wright; brothers, Willie Wright, Fred Wright; sisters, Janie Webber, Lily Wright, Dorothy Tory, 2 grandchildren, Leah Smith, Kristolyn Billups; and 1 great grandchild, Kameron Billups; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, November 21, 2019 from Chestnut Grove Baptist Church, with interment in Athens Memory Gardens.
Viewing will be held from 12:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. with a family visitation from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the funeral home.

To Sis. Chris & the rest of the family, we will certainly miss Bro. Charlie. He was a very mild mannered gentleman, he was admired and respected by all he came in contact with. Yes, he was a "Dawg" fan and we would discuss the games each Wednesday before Bible study. He will truly be missed my many of us, and more Certainly his family and his church family here at Chestnut Grove Baptist Church
