Darin Courter Obituary
Darin Lee Courter, 45, of Huntington Beach, passed away January 27, 2017, with his family by his side.
Darin was born November 21, 1971, in Arcadia, CA, to Ernest and Linda (Woodgrift) Courter.
He attended and graduated from Edison High School in 1990. He continued his education at Orange Coast College and University of California, Irvine with a Bachelors degree in Social Ecology. He was a member of the Edison High School Varsity Soccer, and the Orange Coast College State Champion Soccer Team. He worked for several Financial Companies as a Loan Originator Manager.
He is survived by his parents, Ernest and Linda Courter; sister and brother-in-law, Doreen and Joe McCann; brother, Erik Courter; nephews, Bryan McCann and Jackson Courter; niece, Abigail McCann; and cousins.
Celebration of Life Memorial Services will be held at the Lutheran Church-Resurrection, 9812 Hamilton Ave., Huntington Beach on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at 2:30 PM. Reception to follow. Please dress casual.

Darin's smile and contagious laugh will always remain in my mind. We had some amazing times in 8th grade into high school! He will be never be forgotten. Hoping that he runs into Danny in his afterlife. My thoughts are with you.

When someone you love passes on, one never gets over it. You just slowly learn how to go on without them while always keeping them tucked safely in your heart.
