I was shocked and deeply saddened at the news of Eric's passing. He had left a telephone message for me a couple of weeks ago and told me he would call back. I didn't have his phone number so I waited to hear back from him. I learned today about his memorial service. Eric was one of the best friends I ever had. I will miss him greatly.

I am saddened by the news of Eric's passing. He was my beloved friend during my late teens and early twenties and I will never forget him, his passion for life, and for his friends and family. My heartfelt condolences to all

I was so sorry to read of Eric's passing. I can remember all those times in High School choir when we had so much fun before, during and after school. I remember when Eric and Merrie Sue sang in my church choir when Ray Vaughan directed and we'd go out for hamburgers between services. I pray that God is looking over you during this time of grief.

I have known and loved Eric since 5th grade at Hermosa Drive Elementary School! Some of my favorite memories were during our high school years when Eric was our school mascot and was truly one of the highlights of our 4 years at Sunny Hills. He was cherished. He promised me that he would come to our reunions....but we sadly missed him..... He was such a sweet, smart, accomplished, fun and hysterically funny person to be around. He coined so many of our everyday phrases..."gert and bert" etc. I am sure he is "furious" ( as he always said) that he has gone from us sooo soon. He never changed. Our recent phone conversations were as if time had stood still.

We are so sorry to hear that Eric passed away. We were both very fond of him and have many memories of times we spent together. He always called us after a USC game and would leave funny messages on our machine. He will be missed dearly.

I am so sorry to hear that Eric passed away. I think of him so often. High school wouldn't have been the same without him. He always made everyone laugh and we seemed to enjoy even the hardest days. My love and prayers are with him and his parents, especially his Mother who was always so kind to me.
