Franck, Gary R., passed away February 12, 2013. He is survived by his wife Martha; his son, Jeff Franck; his daughters, Angela Santivanez and Jessica Doughty; his stepdaughter, Paula Harrington; his stepson, David Morse; his grandchildren, Payton, Jay, Dana, Zachary, Alyssa, Jack, Garrett, Emily, Nicholas, Quinn and Meghan; his sister, Virginia Figge; and his twin sister, Gail Cartwright.

Gary was born on November 21, 1945 in Everett, Massachusetts to Joseph and Alice Franck. His family moved to Orange California in 1957. Gary graduated from Orange High School in 1963. While attending college and working part time he was drafted into the Army in 1967 and served two years at Fort Sam Houston. Gary was discharge from the Army in early 1969 and returned to California. He graduated from California State University Fullerton in 1974 with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Economics.

Gary worked for Hunt Wesson Foods from the early 1970's to 1980. In 1980 he went to work for Consolidated Beverage in Buena Park where he was Vice President/ General Manager until the company sold in 1991. In 1992 Gary went to work for Pasadena Beverage in Pomona and continued working there until the company sold in 2001.

Gary met Martha in 1985 and they married on July 3, 1986. They blended their families and lived in Yorba Linda. In 2000 Gary and Martha moved to Upland and remained there until moving to Beaumont in 2007. Gary loved the outdoors and enjoyed living at the Four Seasons Community in Beaumont. He enjoyed the walking trails, the amazing views and the many friends he made.

Gary's greatest joys were his five children and being a wonderful "Papa" to his eleven grandchildren.

Gary had a very big heart and always encouraged and inspired his family and friends. He was an admirable, selfless man who touched and was loved by many. Gary will be greatly missed.

A private memorial service will be held on March 13, 2013 at the Four Seasons Lodge in Beaumont, CA.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made on behalf of Gary to The American Cancer Society.
