My family and I were so impressed with Mr Asher´s compassion when he visited our buddy in prison. He didn´t distance himself, didn´t look down his nose. He showed love and was an encouraging voice.

I still hold dear the memories I have of Jim dating back to 1996 when I met him in the Lake Oswego sales office. As I was a newbie to both the working world and sales, Jim took me under his wing offering gentle yet strong guidance both professionally and personally. My thoughts and prayers to his family and loved ones. Jim made the world a better place and now heaven can enjoy that same love.

I am so sorry to learn of Jim's passing and I know I'm not alone. He must have had a million friends.
Jim touched so many people's lives in his work career. Always even keeled and steady, even under pressure. He treated everyone with respect and that respect was returned to him by everyone.
A good man by anyone's measure.
