Mike, you have left behind not only treasurable memories but a legacy that will go on for years to come. Your examples of truth,ethics, responsibility, respect, kindness, compassion, safety, and teachings of actions vs consequences, builder of self-esteems and self-respect have been successful because you walked the walk. You believed in everything you did and you lived life to its fullest whenever you could. You had a heart of understanding, courage for saying what needed to be said, a non-judgemental listening ear and a love for serving in the development of growing minds. Your example affected children, youth, young adults, and anyone within the influence of your smile and humor. You always had a magnetic personality and best of all, you were able to experience the love people had for you. Your absence will a loss for us but peace has found you. We can rejoice that you are in the presence of the Lord. YOU ARE REMEMBERED!

Michael did an amazing job at Reynolds High School. As a teacher I always appreciated his positive attitude and his hard work with our students.
I will be out of town this week but wanted Holly to know that my thoughts and prayers are with her during this very difficult time.

Michael was an amazing person and I could always rely on him to answer questions and give me advise when we talked about my son! My son became friends with him as well! He will be greatly missed!!!

Dear Mikey,
"Swim with the fishes, fly with the birds and run with the deer" for you are now free... free from the pain and suffering. You put up a good fight and wore that armour against the devil for six years. You deserve the rest and peace. My heart breaks to have to say goodbye but, you will always remain in that special place in my heart where you have been for over twenty years.
