Allison M. Masterson
1928 - 2021
Allison M (Bill) Masterson, the son of the late Alvin McKinley Masterson and Dorothy Mayhew Masterson, was born in Washington, D.C. on March 29, 1928 and died in Altamonte Springs, FL on April 15, 2021. He was preceded in death by his sister Adeline.

Bill was a devoted father to William Vlane Masterson (Je'nee) and Michelle Masterson Kittinger (Steve), proud grandfather of Allison Kittinger (Kiha), and loving husband to Marguerite (Maggie) McGann Culp for 40 years.

A graduate of the University of Florida (BS) and Rollins College (MA), Bill served in the US Army and was wounded during the Korean Conflict. He spent his life helping others as a high school teacher in Lake County, a Vocational Rehabilitation counselor and administrator in Orange County, and a counselor/Director of Student Life at Seminole Community College.

In retirement, Bill traveled to 50 states, 62 countries, and six continents; sailed on every one of the 7 seas; and served as in-house copy editor for Maggie's last three books.

Life will never be the same for his family and friends. Their only consolation is that Bill Masterson lived life to the fullest, made every moment count, and had a positive impact on their world.
