I met Christian in AIT, we became friends instantly, we always talked about music and tattoos and skateboarding. We had an awesome time together and one of the best times of my life. I feel that in the short time we trained together that we would be good friends for life. Im sorry for you loss. He will be missed very much.

I first met Christian a couple of weeks after being stationed in Korea...little did I know that he would not only be my roommate but a friend and better brother. He was a good man and he will be missed greatly! You treated me like family and I will forever consider you my family. My condolences to the Clausen family.

When I first met Christian we got off on the wrong foot in AIT but then we where stationed in Korea together..took a little bit to get to know him but when that Happend I realised he is a good man with a good heart that has best intentions within himself and his peers alike...he will be missed... great hard working soldier

I served with Christian in Korea this past year as one of his senior leaders. It was an honor to serve with him and he will be greatly missed. Truly one of the best Soldiers in the Battery. Always humble and exemplified stellar performance. My deepest sympathy to the famliy of Christian.
