I studied Karate with Fred while attending The Sanford Naval Academy in Sanford Florida. His calmness and instruction was very instrumental to my development in this sport. Fred was a fine and generous person. Thank you, Fred

We will definiately miss you Shehon.. You are very much loved and you have been an awesome teacher. We know where you are and we will all be doing Karate in heaven with you still leading us.

We thank God that we have had the opportunity to study under you.

We are not the same people since meeting you and Linda, you two have meant so much to us.

I pray God comforts your family and surrounds them with a band of angels to protect them during this time.

Going home must be great but we won't know until we get to go there.

God Bless you and keep you until then.
