Vic was such a funny, sweet, tender young man when I knew him at La Tech. I was so sad to discover the great loss of him. I hope Debbie & the family will be comforted by warm memories of such a special person. I will always have love in my heart for him.

My deepest condolences to Vic's family. I regret not having looked him up earlier. We roomed together at Louisiana Tech. For some strange reason I decided to Google him tonight. He was a great guy. I know he will be missed by his fine family and friends.
