I had the great privilege of working for quite a few years, with Dr. Costello in Plantation and considered him a close friend as well as excellent anesthesiologist. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and I will remember him fondly forever.

The Verrill family expresses our deepest sympathy for the loss of "Pop" "Doc" Costello. He must have been a great father and physician. I didn't know him but know his progeny well. God bless all of you.

Rest in Peace. Doc Costello was my fathers friend. He was well respected by his peers. He served as my anesthesiologist as a young boy having my tonsils removed. He managed to make me smile. His steadfast leadership and commitment to his faith was truly commendable. His spirit lives on with his son William my dear friend. I was blessed to have had him in my life. Rest in Peace!
