Upon graduation he became an Assistant Marketing Director at Boyken International. He had a love for fishing, playing tennis, gardening, food and most of all taking care of his family. I was deeply saddened to hear of your loss. Knowing Jon during his tenure with the club brings even more remorse. He was always a wonderful person, kind, courteous, and friendly.

Dear Mary Jane and George,
There are no words. When I read in Nativity's bulletin that Jon had passed, my mind went back 24 years to Jon and Carey running around and playing while Mary Jane held my baby, Gil, and spoke of wanting a third child. Beau came not long after. We left Lake Mary and then it was the occasional visit in the grocery store or in line at the post office, Mary Jane always with her boys. How blessed Jon was to have the boyhood he lived. I cherish the memory of Mary Jane's smile as she looked at all of her boys.
Love,
Betty Carter and Gene Gilmartin

Jon, I am so sad to hear that you are gone. I always will remember your life and you as a good friend to me in high school and college. I will never forget the last time I saw you and you were so excited that you were going to be proposing to your then girlfriend (now wife). My brother told me when your wife was pregnant and it was around the same time as me so that was neat. I'm just so sad for your family and still can't believe it. My prayers are with your family. I hope you are very happy now and in peace in heaven.

I've known Jon, along with his brother Carey (I remember Beau in his baby swing!), since we were kids running around together fishing, waterskiing and having fun on Evansdale Road in Lake Mary. I remember Jon as a charismatic young man and I somehow knew he would find success in life....and I'm glad he did.

I will always cherish those childhood memories and am deeply saddened to hear of his passing.

Dear Jonathon, I will always remember your wedding. You and Mary were such a joy to be around. Three years together was a blessing, although way too short. A picture of the Apple in her Shamrock dress sits above my computer......I will think of you always and remember you every time I am with the Morrisseys. God Bless. Missy

I will never forget the wedding of Jonathan and Mary; a wonderful
event filled with family, friends, and pure happiness. Jonathan's smile was contagious that day and every time that I saw him afterwards. He was a true gentleman; polite, respectful, handsome, funny and intelligent. The kind of son, husband, father, and friend that all would pray to have. Beautiful person inside and out, I feel fortunant to have known Jonathan. He will be missed.

To Jonathan and family,
Your Mom once told me that she was always glad when you were with my son Nathan because she knew you would be safe. I never had the opportunity to tell you that actually it was me who was grateful for the love and friendship that you gave to my son. You will be sadly missed. I know a part of my son's heart has been torn away. I just know that you are at peace now and you are reserving a part of heaven where we will all be reunited someday. Peace be with you and your family. Love, Mrs. Hyust
