Very sorry to learn of Mr. Lichter's passing. He was a wonderful boss and I enjoyed our weekly dinners when we were on the closing team at Jordan Marsh in Orlando. So many stories- always made dinner in the Oak Room fun. Rest In Peace dear man.

Mr Lichter was my father's friend, boss, and mentor at Troutmans during the mid 70s. As a kid, I have fond memories of Holiday parties at his house with the player piano and wonderful photography on the walls. (My favorite family photo was one of the kids making face sand hanging from a tree while Mr Lichter stared seriously at the camera.) To this day, he was my father's favorite person over a long career in retail and mall management. What a warm and wonderful man he was. -- Mike Brown Denver, CO
