Dottie, Lesley and Shane:
I am sure you are aware of the friendship Greg and I enjoyed since 1974. I thought of Greg as a brother and he will always be a part of my family. He will truly be missed by myself and many of his other friends here in Sarasota.

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Mrs. Robichaud, I work for the Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank and have worked with your husband for many years. He was always a prince. You may not know this but our sons graduated from Georgia Tech on the same date, a subject we talked about a lot.

Dottie and Family, I have known Greg since 1974 when Ellis Commercial Bank opened in Sarasota. I became much better acquainted with him when he came to work in Tampa with the Department. Greg was a very easy person to like and admire. We shared many hours of fun and laughter, from sharing time at conferences, to eating lunch at favorite eateries, to sharing moments on the phone (including a 10:00 pm call I received from Greg asking if I had ever been to Minneapolis when he was "diverted" overnight on his way home from a seminar in Colorado). Greg was a dear friend and I shall miss him. It has been said that sympathy is many hearts sharing one sorrow. I know, when speaking about Greg, there are many, many hearts that feel and share your loss.

I work for the FDIC in Atlanta and have worked closely with Greg on a number of occasions over the last 12 years. I always appreciated Greg's professionalism and especially his straight-forwardness, and I will miss him. He was terrific to work with. Greg has many friends at the FDIC. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
