Peter Macpherson Obituary
Orlando, FL. Peter received his BA at the University of Western Ontario, his MBA at McMaster University, and his MA in counseling at Rollins College. He was a strong man with a kind heart who loved what he did for a living. He is survived by his wife Joanne, his two sons, Peter and Daniel, his brother Douglas, his sister Cluny
Zawadzki, his father Donald, his sister-in-law Marilyn Shaw, his brothers-in-law Marek
Zawadzki and Joe Salvatore, and his nephews Christopher and Andrew Zawadzki. And we all miss him very much. If you would like to join us in celebrating Peter's life please come join us Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 2PM at St. Luke's United Methodist Church.

I am so sorry to hear of Peter's passing. Our deepest condolences to his wife, Joanne, his family and numerous friends. Recently, Peter advised my husband concerning my own battle with stage 4 cancer. His counsel was delivered with patience and after serious meditation. May God comfort you and the congregation of St. Luke's especially at this time.

I heard of Peters passing today. I was a recent student and admirer of Peters and think of of him often. I want his family to know his work has greatly helped my family and I am sure many others. I often told him I wish I could have studied with him 30 years earlier.

Joanne and Family, I am so sorry to learn about Peter's passing. Like you, he was instrumental in bringing so many of us into rooms of recovery, and showing us that there truly is a solution to addictions. Additionally, he always focused on the spiritual side of our program, always stressing growth and progress, not perfection. He is blessed, today, to be in the Company of Our Lord. May God bless him and your entire family.

Joanne, I am so sorry to hear of Peter's passing. I did not know that he struggled with cancer for the last few years. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this most difficult time.
