PHOEBE JANE RAPP

RAPP, PHOEBE JANE, 93, died peacefully at home, Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010. Mrs. Rapp, a graduate of Ohio State University was a school teacher, a seamstress working for Bea Hoelle for more than 17 years. Mrs. Rapp was a member of the Eastern Starr, DAR, and a Quaker. Preceding her in death her husband, Hulbert Rapp, her daughter, Rebecca Mills Moosbrugger, Brothers Austin Huff, Elton Huff, and Henry Huff. Mrs. Rapp is survived by her three children, Janet
Hedric (Darrell) of Oxford, OH, Gordon Rapp (Renita) of Fairborn, OH, Mike Rapp (Janice) son-in-Law, Martin
Moosbrugger of Medway, OH, brother William Huff, St. Louis, MO, niece Lola Huff Chaney, Cincinnati, OH, eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. Greeting of friends will be Monday, Jan. 11, 2010, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Apopka Chapel of Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 601 North Park Ave., Apopka, FL 32712. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to "The James" Cancer Research Center, in memory of her daughter, Rebecca Mills Moosbrugger.
