Rick, it is hard to believe it has been almost 16 years since I witnessed your last breath along with your children, mother, brother, and partner. I am sure you have seen how well your children are doing. It hasn't been easy for them, but they are doing OK. I am proud of them and love them as my own. Rest easy, old friend. We will see each other on the other side one day.

I knew Rick well, since the mid 1980s. We were close se friends during that time, and he was a very special person to me. I am so sad to learn of his loss. We lost touch in the late 90s, I guess our lives were to busy to keep the connection. Im so sorry that I could not be there to pay tribute to this special man. He was such a good man.

I was priviledged and sometimes challenged to know you from birth. Your 43 years were full of life and love and I am so grateful to have been a part of it the entire time. I love you, Rick, and miss you more than you'll ever know.
