Richard Streeter Obituary

STREETER, RICHARD B., 74, of Jasper, GA, passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2006. Dick was born in Springfield, MA in 1932 and entered the Navy directly out of high school. Following his service in the Navy, he was employed by IBM for 33 years. After retiring from IBM, he owned his own typewriter repair business with his wife, Pat. Dick moved to Jasper, GA in 2003 after residing in Mount Dora, FL for 30 years. Prior to that, he lived in Orlando for 9 years. Dick is survived by his wife of 54 years, Patricia, and their five children, Richard D. Streeter of Windermere, FL; Howard F. Streeter of Jasper, GA; Debbie Dickinson of Altamonte Springs, FL; Cindy L. Derr of Mt. Dora, FL; and Beth A. Lambke of Tavares, FL; one sister, Shirley Brown of East Longmeadow, MA; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be held 4-6PM, Sunday, October 15, 2006 at the Allen J. Harden Funeral Home Mount Dora Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held at 10AM, Monday, October 16, 2006 at the Allen J. Harden Funeral Home, Mount Dora Chapel. Interment will follow at Conquest Cemetery in Zellwood, FL. Arrangements are by ALLEN J. HARDEN FUNERAL HOME, 1800 N. Donnelly Street, Mount Dora, FL 32757. Phone: 352-383-8178.
