Robert Sheldon
Robert (Bob) Sheldon, 74, of Altamonte Springs, FL, passed away on July 25, 2021. Originally from NYC, NY, Bob grew up and spent most of his life in Miami, FL, prior to retiring to Altamonte Springs. Bob is an alumnus of Southwest High School, the University of Miami, and the University of Florida. He enjoyed an illustrious 30 years with the Miami-Dade School system, where he devoted his career to special needs students. Bob is survived by his wife Andrea Sheldon of 51 years, daughters Ellen (Scott) Regen and Suzanne (Daryl) Hill, and grandchildren Eric Regen and Daphne Hill. Bob will be laid to rest at Mt. Nebo, Kendall. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the National Organization for Rare Diseases (NORD).

Are thoughts and prayers are with your family in your time off need. We donated to NORD in the hopes that someday a cure will be found. He truly was a great man who dedicated his life to those in need. May he be at peace now.

Bob Sheldon was the kindest, most down-to-heart, approachable BEST friend and advocate to our ESE population at Gulfstream. You set the standard for how to 'lead' with a heart. Condolences and LOVE to your family and friends. Suzy, your dad was our hero!!
