Bill's love and concern for his family and friends can not be properly described. He was a kind, caring and compassionate man and his passing has created a hole in this world that will never be filled.

My Sincerest condolences to the family & friends of Bill as he was a special guy who would do anything for anyone, & I am so glad I was able to call him "friend". May he RIP & always know that all of his friends on earth will always miss him dearly but also will have a smile on their face each & every time they think of him as every time I saw Bill he was always someone who put a smile on everyone's face!!
