Rita Rae Donna Niswonger

Rita Rae Donna Niswonger, 82, of St. Cloud, Fla. passed away on Nov.18, 2025, at Vitas Suites @ Lutheran Towers, Orlando, Fla. She was born on Jan. 4, 1943, to Ray and Loretta (Albert) Lloyd in Yorkville, Wis. Rita relocated to Florida in 1989 where she worked at Giuseppe's as a server until she moved to Saint Cloud, Fla. and became co-owner of the Koffee Kup Kafe until August 2001. Thereafter she went downtown to The Other Place Cafe until 2014. After she retired and became a helper, shopper, and caregiver to many at the Saint Cloud Villas.
Rita is survived by her loving family; daughter, Tina M. Barnes (Jerald, Sr.-deceased) St. Cloud, Fla., two Son's; Ray B. Best (Lynna), Saint Cloud, Fla. and Charles E. Best (Karla) Cape Coral, Fla. and her two step-daughters; Darlene Curran (Tom) of Palm Coast, Fla., Joan Durham of Sebring, Fla. and her loving sister, Angeline Fravert, Colby, Wis. Her six grandchildren; Jerald Jr., Holly, Alanna, Charity, Faith, and Hope. Her seven great grandchildren; Jazlyn, Aaniyah, Chloe, Jerald III, Camden, Landon, and Natalie as well as two great-great grandchildren; Dominic and Nova. She is proceeded in death by her loving parents; Ray and Loretta Lloyd, her three brothers' Harold, Donald, and Robert and her sister, June.
Whether you knew her as Mom, Mommy, Grandma, Miss Rita, Rita, or Momma Rita, know that she loved you all.
Rita will be remembered and loved at her Celebration of Life on Jan. 4, 2026, at VFW 915 New York Ave. Saint Cloud from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
