Guy Schmitz Obituary
Guy was born February 28, 1957, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Joseph and Carol Schmitz. He graduated from Hamilton High School and worked many years as a roofing contractor alongside his father.
Guy enjoyed fishing and hunting, was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, and loved spending time with family and friends. Many who knew him affectionately called him "Charlie Brown" for his resemblance to the beloved character and his easygoing nature.
He is survived by his daughter Sabrina (Tom) O'Brien; his stepson, Ross Wendorf; his sister, Roxanne (Randy) Hill; Caralee; Rob Ubert; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Carol Schmitz; his sister, Robin; his daughter, Sara; and his stepdaughter, Trista.
A Celebration of Life will be held at The Cheatin Heart, 2839 Harrison Street, Oshkosh, WI 54901, on April 11 at 1:00 p.m.
