Kaleb Breding Obituary
It is with deep anguish to announce the untimely passing of Kaleb David Breding, at the very tender age of 21, on October 2, 2024. He passed away tragically as a result of a motorcycle accident. His loss was completely unexpected, and his family and friends are profoundly saddened with the loss.
Kaleb was born on March 7, 2003, in Wausau WI to Crystal Jean Skifstad (Saverda) and Daniel David Breding. Kaleb spent most of his life in Oshkosh WI. He attended Oshkosh West High School where he met the love of his life, Makayla Ann Rost in 2019. They graduated together in 2021 and spent the remainder of his life together.
Kaleb was survived by his loving and adoring parents, Shane and Crystal Skifstad, the love of his life, Makayla Ann Rost (21), his siblings Calli E. Skifstad (20), Aiden A. Cross (16), Ethan G. Skifstad (8), his loving grandparents, aunts & uncles, cousins, and many others who loved him. He was preceded in death by his Grandpa Lumpy, Great Grandma Jean, Great Uncle Joe, and a few friends taken too soon.
Kaleb enjoyed riding scooters, playing video games, and skateboarding in his early years. He loved airplanes and he always dreamt of becoming a pilot. As he got older, he spent his time going to car shows, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his friends, doing what 21 year olds do.
His infectious smile lit up the room and was the life of whatever party he attended. He had an unforgettable sense of humor and a memorable laugh that usually included knee slaps. He could talk with anybody, and never feared a deep conversation. Kaleb loved to travel, with his favorite place being Nashville. He dreamed of traveling the world with eyes wide open, with the love of his life, to such places as Mexico, Jamaica, and Japan.
Kaleb positively impacted those he came in touch with. He was caring, loving, and genuine. Kaleb made sure to spend special moments with his little brothers and family. He was conscious about his health by eating right as well as making time to work out. Kaleb was curious about how things worked and always tried to find the "why" in life from a young age.
